The annual general meeting (AGM) of Islamic Bank Community Hospitals located in Satkhira, Manikganj, Rangpur, Faridpur, Jhenaidah, Dinajpur, Naogaon, Madaripur and Mymensingh was held on Wednesday, March 21, '24, at the hall room of Islami Bank Foundation.
Dr. Tanveer Ahmad, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Islami Bank Foundation, and Chairman of the Islami Bank Community Hospitals, chaired the event. Also present at the event were the Chairman of IBF Bir Muktijoddha Professor Dr. Kazi Shahidul Alam, Vice Chairman of IBF Professor Dr. Mohammad Saleh Jahur, IBF Member Md. Quamrul Hasan, Professor Dr. Mohammad Fashiul Alam; Syed Abu Asad; Abu Sayed Mohammad Quasem; Showkat Hossain FCA, Muhammad Monirul Mowla, Managing Director of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, and Mohammad Ali, CEO of Islami Bank Community Hospitals.
IBF GMs Mr. Saleh Iqbal, Mr. Abdus Samad, and Mr. Abul Kalam were also present. At the time, the stakeholders of the community hospitals and each community hospital's shareholder group were connected online. The dividend of the hospitals for the year 2022-2023 were announced during the event.
